Born in Morocco, but raised in South Tyrol, the gourmet cuisine he proposes expertly combines different flavors, aromas and gastronomic traditions. Young and determined, after completing his studies at the hotel school in Merano "Cesare Ritz", he began a training path in the most important Italian and international restaurants, working alongside various starred chefs. After winning the Italian version of Hell's Kitchen (2017), supervised by the renowned chef Carlo Cracco, he further perfected his talent by completing his career path in the United Kingdom.
