The Napura Restaurant is located in a corner of paradise where uncontaminated nature frames genuine flavors that are combined with an innovative cuisine. A restaurant where dishes tell tastes of the territory worked with local products of high quality. Our chef will take you to experiment a rainbow of flavors that will make you live a unique experience.
When the sun goes down, from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm, let us accompany you on a fantastic culinary journey, with themed evenings: from barbecue to transcontinental cuisine combined with a careful selection of wines.
Here, "eating" becomes emotions.

Chef Mohamed Lamnaour

Born in Morocco, but raised in South Tyrol, the gourmet cuisine he proposes expertly combines different flavors, aromas and gastronomic traditions. Young and determined, after completing his studies at the hotel school in Merano "Cesare Ritz", he began a training path in the most important Italian and international restaurants, working alongside various starred chefs. After winning the Italian version of Hell's Kitchen (2017), supervised by the renowned chef Carlo Cracco, he further perfected his talent by completing his career path in the United Kingdom. The story of this young chef tells, in addition to his love for food, a deep story of cultural integration.
